1. No Return, No Refund & No Exchange

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated on the product page, all purchases made through BeedoDart are final.

Product exchanges
Change-of-mind returns
Returns due to incorrect product selection
Returns due to size, colour, model, specification, or compatibility preferences
Cancellation requests after an order has been processed

Customers are strongly advised to review all product details, specifications, images, dimensions, compatibility information, and other relevant information before placing an order.

2. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and processed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Customers should carefully verify the following before completing their purchase:

Quantity
Size, colour, or variant
Compatibility
Delivery address
Contact details

Once the order has entered processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Damaged Products During Transit

BeedoDart takes reasonable precautions to securely package products before dispatch.

However, products may occasionally be exposed to damage, breakage, mishandling, or loss during transportation by third-party courier or delivery services.

BeedoDart is generally not responsible for damage occurring after the product has been handed over to the courier.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, customers should:

Photograph or record the condition of the package before opening it.
Retain the original packaging and shipping materials.
Notify the courier/delivery provider immediately where appropriate.
Contact BeedoDart as soon as possible with relevant photographs or videos.

Submission of photographs or videos does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Any request will be reviewed by BeedoDart based on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Electronic Products

Electronic products are dispatched after reasonable checks and are supplied in the condition in which they are received from our suppliers, subject to our standard inspection and packaging procedures.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, BeedoDart does not provide its own warranty, guarantee, return, exchange, or refund for electronic products.

Customers should carefully verify:

Voltage/power requirements
Model number
Features
System requirements
Other applicable product information

before purchasing.

BeedoDart will not ordinarily accept returns or refund requests arising from incompatibility, incorrect selection, misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

5. Incorrect Product Information or Fulfilment Issues

If you believe that you have received a product that is materially different from the product ordered or that there has been an error in fulfilment, please contact BeedoDart promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

Such cases will be reviewed individually. If an error is confirmed to be attributable to BeedoDart, an appropriate resolution may be provided at our discretion, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

6. Refunds

As a general policy, BeedoDart does not issue refunds for completed purchases.

Where a refund is legally required or specifically approved by BeedoDart, the refund will normally be processed using the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.

7. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

Ordering the wrong size, model, colour, or variant
Compatibility issues where the product specifications were available before purchase

8. Warranty & Guarantee

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product listing or provided by the manufacturer, BeedoDart does not provide an independent warranty or guarantee for products.

Where a manufacturer warranty is specifically mentioned, any warranty claim may be subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, procedures, and eligibility requirements.

9. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing the available product information before purchase.
